Plan, manage, and deliver your marketing success with an action plan you can stick to

Most marketing programs fail not because of a lack of resources and talent, but because of a lack of planning, focus, and consistent action.

I've created a series of four Mindjet MindManager templates that provides a long-needed planning framework that displays marketing tools and message in the context of monthly marketing goals. This creates a synergy between tools, and provides a step-by-step action plan for success.

How to profit from planning

  • Step 1. Select a product or service to promote during each of the next three months. This provides a focal point for your marketing.
  • Step 2. Choose a newsletter topic that relates to each month's featured product or service.
  • Step 3. Select the marketing tools that best support your monthly newsletters and marketing goals.
  • Step 4. List specific topics for each marketing message, and the dates they will appear.
